We begin with a brief Ayurvedic check-in to determine your energetic constitution—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha—so your ritual is fully personalized

Warm Oil Pour (Shiro Abhyanga-Inspired)
A steady stream of warmed herbal oil is poured across your scalp using a traditional hammered copper kalash(vessel). Oils selected based on your dosha—for deep healing and nourishment.

Scalp Marma Point Therapy
Gentle activation of key marma points at the crown, temples, neck, and third eye to release stored tension and reset your nervous system.

Copper is considered a sattvic (pure) metal in Ayurveda—known to enhance energy flow, remove blockages, and balance the doshas. The use of copper tools in this ritual adds conductive, calming, and cleansing properties, especially at the crown chakra and along energy meridians in the scalp.
